There are only 2 types of events (or groups) allowed at the Mesa ISC/Ellsworth Park:
1) Events organized and approved by the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS
2) 3rd party Church member family events
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST AN EVENT UNLESS YOU ARE IN 1 OF THESE GROUPS

User sets up and takes down all tables and chairs,
and cleans all areas used (floors, trash, etc)
--No athletic events on Sundays--
-EVENTS FOR THE NEXT CALENDAR YEAR ARE TENTATIVE UNTIL AFTER JAN 1ST-
(EX: In Aug 2026 you request an event for every week in Mar 2027. Even though your event may be approved and placed on the calendar, it is still tentative until after Jan 1, 2027. By then local Church units will have had a chance to get their events on the 2027 calendar)
RULES:
· DRINKS ALLOWED IN GYM ONLY IF IN SEALED CONTAINERS (no thirstbuster type cups) FOOD IS ONLY ALLOWED IN CARPETED AREAS (unless permission granted otherwise). No red or blue drinks are allowed ANYWHERE, as they cause permanent staining.
· No roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, scooters or any other "rolling" activities, as this wears out the floors and increases chances of injuries.
· Children must be supervised. There are controls/switches that can be reached which shouldn’t be tampered with. Do not allow them to push around any device with wheels as damage to walls/floors may result. No climbing on bleachers. If children will be doing crafts, please cover and protect the tables you use.
· All behavior (music/dance/dress/language) to be in line with church standards
· No chairs, tables, video, audio or other equipment may be removed from building without permission.
All users are responsible to clean up areas used after they are done, regardless of condition it was found in
-Repeating weekly events will likely be restricted to 8 weeks if there is a high demand for the room/field being used (even after your reservation has been confirmed).
