ARRIVAL
If you have a lot of supplies & equipment you may want to bring a cart or dolly.
one available. You are responsible for all table/chair/other set up for your event
1. Enter building on north side, through double doors
2. Walk across the carpeted lobby to the tiled area,
the serving area will be on your left
USAGE
1. There are no utensils or containers available
2. No food is to be cooked on Church property,
only warmed
3. No red/dark drinks, and no open fires/flames
anywhere on Church property
4. Bring and use foil if you plan on using the
stove/oven, or cleanup will be difficult
5. If you need more room you can move the vacuums
to another area, but put them back when done
CLEANUP
1. Empty all trash cans and take the bags to
(outside at northeast corner of building).
DO NOT DRAG BAGS or they'll leak/stain carpet
2. Clean out the microwaves, oven, stove and fridge
3. Sweep and mop the tile floor, both inside
and outside of the serving area (mop and
cleaning supplies are in the custodial room
across from the serving area, between
the 2 women's restroom doors)
4. Put the vacuums back in the serving area
if you moved them out during your event
5. Ensure the 2 rolling trashcans are in this room
(and all other equipment as shown below)
