TOP OF PAGE USAGE ARRIVAL CLEANUP LEAVING
If you have a lot of supplies & equipment to bring
in you may want to bring a cart or dolly.
Except for volleyball nets,
you are responsible to bring all equipment.
You are also responsible for table/chair/other
set up for your event
1. Enter building on west side, south set of doors
2. Light switches are under green metal panels,
far southeast corner of gym (see below)
3. Hoop control switches and directions are west
of light switches (as shown below)
USAGE
1. Do not screw anything into walls or doors. If tape
is used it needs to be non-residue gaffers tape
2. No glitter. Cover tables if you're using paint or glue
3. If you need tables they are in the auditorium
4. Please DO NOT kick any balls. They can
cause very expensive damages
NO FOOD ALLOWED IN GYM. DRINKS NEED TO
BE IN NON-SPILLABLE CONTAINERS. NO RED
OR DARK PUNCHES/JUICES ALLOWED
ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING
CLEANUP
1. Take all tape off of walls, tables and chairs
2. Fold up all the chairs and hang them on carts.
Follow directions on signs
3. Dust mop the entire floor if needed. Equipment
for this is located on southwest wall of gym.
Follow directions on signs
4. Ensure all trash and personal items are
removed from floor, bleachers & chair racks
5. Spot mop any all dark sticky spots
(mop and bucket in north area)
6. Return any tables/chairs you brought into
the gym to the auditorium
7. If trash cans are more than half full, empty and
reline them (dumpster is at northeast side of building
as shown in diagram above, and new bags
are in the serving area).
DO NOT DRAG BAGS or they'll leak/stain floors
LEAVING
1. Make sure lights are off
(A/C goes off on it's own)
2. Lock outside doors if it appears you
are the last group in the area
3. Report all damages (old & new) to Darren
